Procurement Specialist

The organization seeks a Senior Procurement Officer to contribute to the procurement function through strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of expert knowledge and advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Procurement Planning and Development
- Expert Evaluation and Planning
- Tender Planning and Development
- Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Management
- Probity Monitoring and Compliance
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver compliant procurement outcomes
- Proven experience in procurement and contract management, including negotiations, preferably in an ICT environment
- Strong understanding of Information Technology/ICT Procurement principles and best practices
- Complex Procurement project experience, preferably in a lead role in a large organization or IT Project
- Experience with RFI/FRQ/ITO processes and coordination
- Relevant certifications, such as QLD Government Procurement certification (Level 3 preferred)
- Ability to develop high-quality procurement documentation and associated communication materials
