Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to join our collaborative consulting team focused on delivering procurement strategies and efficiency-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing procurement strategies, assessing cost-reduction opportunities, and delivering cost-reduction projects.

This role offers the opportunity to travel interstate and internationally, contributing to impactful transformation projects. As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with clients to optimise and upskill their procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop procurement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Assess client spend data and contracts to identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Deliver cost-reduction projects through strategic sourcing, direct negotiations, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions
  • Lead project teams and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our practice
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience (procurement preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and systems
  • Leadership skills with experience leading teams in complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
