Property Administration Coordinator

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney team. This 12-month fixed-term contract will be based in a premium commercial property located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
About the Role
This is a key role within our property administration team, where you will play a vital part in delivering customer-focused property services and providing top-notch administrative support to the General Manager and Property Manager. Your keen attention to detail and ability to foster strong internal and external relationships will set you apart.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Record Management: Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit-ready at all times.
- Tenant Liaison: Liasing with tenants and feeding back to the team to ensure seamless communication.
- Inspection Support: Assisting Property Managers on inspections to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Marketing Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies are implemented.
- Documentation Preparation: Facilitating the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy-related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets.
- Lease Renewals: Working closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities.
- Reporting: Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable.
- Maintenance Assistance: Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.
- Annual Audit Processes: Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.
What You Need To Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Degree in Business or Property (preferable).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Competence in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
- Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
