About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, one of the fastest-growing retailers across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of their team, you will support the leasing, administration, and store design and delivery teams, contributing to their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases
  • Support the leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution
  • Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team
  • Create and maintain monthly property reports
  • Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details
  • Collaborate with Finance on various landlord payments
  • Input new leasing information into the database
  • Assist with expense reconciliations for the team
  • Manage the property inbox and general queries

Requirements:

  • Similar experience in an administration/property-related role will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional administration & organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
