Corporate Property Administration Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, one of the fastest-growing retailers across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of their team, you will support the leasing, administration, and store design and delivery teams, contributing to their continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases
- Support the leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution
- Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team
- Create and maintain monthly property reports
- Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details
- Collaborate with Finance on various landlord payments
- Input new leasing information into the database
- Assist with expense reconciliations for the team
- Manage the property inbox and general queries
Requirements:
- Similar experience in an administration/property-related role will be highly regarded
- Exceptional administration & organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
