About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to oversee sales & marketing efforts, ensuring exceptional client services. You will be responsible for managing the workflow and accuracy of property administration, coordinating inspections, and liaising with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of sales & marketing efforts and exceptional client services
  • Management of property administration, including workflow and accuracy of around 60 deals a year across various locations
  • Coordination of inspection times and liaison with vendors for essential documentation
  • Booking of stylists and trades, and compliance of all property files
  • Organization of building, strata, and pest inspections
  • Scheduling of photography, floor plans, and copywriting for properties
  • Ensuring campaigns are on track and meeting deadlines
  • Dispatching contracts and additional information as needed
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration (COR) and typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Familiarity with Agent Box, Google Drive, and Docs is a plus
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
