About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Reece Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our 3D Planner to provide customers with personalized bathroom solutions
  • Handle over-the-counter sales and customer quotes with ease and professionalism
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of leading Australian and international bathroom brands
  • Build strong relationships with retail and account customers, both in-store and on-site

About You

  • No prior bathroom experience is required, just a passion for assisting customers and a willingness to learn
  • A valid driver's license is essential for this role
  • Retail sales experience is highly advantageous, but not necessary
  • We offer on-going training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role
