">The position of Strategic Finance Leader involves overseeing the finance systems and data at a high level, ensuring their reliability, security, and robustness. This includes supporting the finance team in developing and enhancing various tools and processes, such as data analytics, management reporting, and automation.
">- Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and robustness of finance systems, data, and tools.
- Support the finance team in its development and enhancement of data analytics, management reporting, and automation.
- Lead project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap, including TM1 cube redesign, ERP system implementation, and other automation initiatives.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance standards, ensuring data quality, integrity, and privacy.
- Lead the development, engagement, and progression of team members.
- Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within finance and across the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics, or a similar role, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and prior experience with planning tools like TM1 and ERP systems like JDE. They must also have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, be resourceful and solution-driven, and live the company values.
