Key Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic leader to strengthen our financial foundation and corporate services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing finance, corporate, and infrastructure functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processes.
  • Support the Board and its Committees to ensure robust governance and compliance.
  • Manage financial operations, with a focus on accountability and outcomes.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and Board members.
Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant qualification is essential.
  • An understanding of effective governance and board processes.
  • At least 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within finance and corporate services, ideally in a complex environment.
  • Proven experience in managing technology and infrastructure, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Strong governance, planning, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and influence at senior levels.
  • Exceptional people leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Unlimited right to live and work in Australia.
