About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Pensar Construction Group. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and quality across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with safety requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and competent in electrical systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors to meet environmental standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
  • Ensure sub-contractors meet their contractual obligations and project deliverables.
  • Maintain high standards of quality throughout project execution and delivery.
  • Support the Project Manager in developing team capabilities and project planning.
  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
  • Qualified Licensed Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • Perform CPR and Low Voltage Rescue.
  • Confined Space Entry certification.
  • Additional qualifications such as EEHA, Cert IV in Instrumentation, and Provide First Aid are desirable.
