About the Role

Thiess Group is seeking an experienced Electrical and Autonomous Supervisor to join our team at the Lake Vermont project. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of Autonomous Mobile Equipment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of autonomous, electrical, and FMS equipment solutions
  • Plan and deliver all aspects of autonomous, electrical, and FMS project delivery, including implementation and maintenance
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements of autonomous, electrical, and FMS hardware, software systems, and site procedures
  • Manage changes to autonomous, electrical, and FMS hardware and software systems
  • Monitor autonomous, electrical, and FMS projects against defined business KPIs

About You

We are looking for a high-achieving team-focused individual with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Electrical trade
  • Ability to establish and maintain influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering capital projects in a large-scale mining environment
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of autonomous, electrical, and FMS equipment (preferred)
  • Experience supervising a site-based maintenance team
  • CMMS experience with preference in JDE
