About the Role

PHE Pty is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a project in the Northern Territory. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will assist the Superintendent and work with the team to ensure the project's success. You will demonstrate proven experience in a similar role and have the ability to deliver the project on time, while maintaining the company's reputation with the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake project-specific tasks as directed by the Superintendent.
  • Lead a team of Leading Hands and Electricians.
  • Lead by example for all safety on site.
  • Report task status, including forecast outcomes, when required.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
About You

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • A great attitude.
  • Excellent leadership in safety.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Mining Supervisor (S123) desirable but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience in the use and interpretation of project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
  • Quality management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
Requirements
  • Trade certification/AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
  • NT Electrical License.
  • High-risk work license (with WP class) desirable but not essential.
  • Working at Heights (completed in the last 16 months) desirable but not essential.
  • Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
  • Current unrestricted C-Class Driver's License.
  • White/Blue Construction Card.
