About the Role:

This position involves working closely with supermarkets and large retailers to ensure they operate with cleaner, safer and healthier environments.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with food retail customers, provide exceptional training and servicing support to resolve customer challenges.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within your territory
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective and safe use of sanitizing solutions and equipment
  • Conduct food safety, brand standards and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and environmental cleanliness
  • Assist with growing the business by identifying new opportunities for our customers
  • Servicing equipment and conducting basic repairs/maintenance if required

Full training will be provided based upon our extensive training program.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience within Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance
  • The drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value through high standards of service
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Desire to build a career in sales and account management
