About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Food Safety Specialist.

  • Maintain a regular visit cycle with customers within a designated territory.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to improve food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of sanitising solutions and equipment.
  • Assess workplace safety and environmental cleanliness at customer locations.
  • Assist in growing the business by identifying new opportunities for customers.
  • Servicing equipment and conducting basic repairs/maintenance as required.

A comprehensive training program will be provided to the successful candidate based on our extensive training framework.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in Food Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
  • An understanding of food safety and compliance regulations.
  • The drive and enthusiasm to provide solutions that add genuine value to customers through high standards of service.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
