Job Title: Contracts Manager Utilities · Mardi, Sydney

This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially minded team as a Contracts Manager supporting two major infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast. You will be part of a hands-on commercial team managing all aspects of contract management across both a live delivery environment and the establishment of a new project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate subcontracts with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
  • Manage head contracts and subcontracts end-to-end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims, and commercial strategy.

Requirements:
  • A solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles.
  • Sharp drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
