Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Hiring Manager to spearhead all human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with key stakeholders, such as supervisors and senior managers, on all HR-related matters and requests.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing employment contracts and induction material, maintaining employee personal files, including uploading new employees' data into relevant systems, and managing Return to Work cases by working with case managers and staff members to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Additionally, they will investigate misconduct, bullying, and harassment, as well as other employee grievances. They will also manage company immigration, employee working rights, and company sponsorship as required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management is preferred. Intermediate to advanced skills in recruitment are necessary, along with experience in building culture and implementing change.
  • At least 1-4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in their field and possess a strong understanding of industry best practices.
