Job Opportunity: Advanced Aboriginal Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Advanced Aboriginal Case Manager within our organization.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a caseload with a majority of Aboriginal offenders, delivering evidence-based best practice in case management, and providing strategic advice on issues impacting on effective case management of Aboriginal offenders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex cases requiring sensitivity and cultural understanding
  • Providing needs assessment and human services expertise
  • Implementing theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximize individual outcomes
