Customer Experience Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who loves to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every interaction point. A successful Client Liaison/Intake Officer will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their customer service skills to support clients navigate home-based care services and disability support.
About the Role- Engage with clients to complete onboarding processes, including assessing available funding and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, calls, feedback, and inquiries.
- Liaise with referring agents, support coordinators, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and resolve administrative issues.
- Develop and maintain positive, respectful, and supportive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Roster staff for clients and manage those rosters effectively.
- Manage client feedback and take appropriate action as required.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and initiative, with the ability to think flexibly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Experience in coordinating people and responding appropriately.
