As a Property Valuation Assistant, you will assist qualified Valuers with tasks such as in-field experience, quality valuation reports, back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

This role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills, and will prepare you to become a Registered and/or Certified Property Valuer.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor Of Business (Property) or equivalent qualification, or 1.5 years into an API accredited course.
  • A genuine interest in customer service and property valuations.
  • Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments.
  • Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning new technology.
  • A positive and professional manner.
