About the Job

This office coordinator role will support our Property and Advisory team in the Townsville region on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team and adding value from their experience and knowledge in support and administration.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing reports and formatting documents
  • Liaising with client representatives
  • Providing customer service via phone and online using webchat
  • Utilizing valuation systems
  • Using a CRM platform for quoting and invoicing
  • Supporting management with general tasks as required

About You

We seek applicants with previous customer service experience, although it is not essential. A friendly, helpful, and courteous phone manner is highly regarded. Efficient appointment coordination skills and strong IT abilities are also necessary.

Additional Requirements

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a reliable attendance record, and a conscientious work ethic. A working knowledge of locations across Townsville and North Queensland would be advantageous.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that a Police Clearance is a condition of employment.
