HR Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR data analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across people processes.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain systematic, accurate, and timely HR reports and dashboards, including regular reporting on headcount, FTE, vacancies, and labor cost.
- Responsible for annual reporting activities, not limited to, WGEA, Sustainability report support, annual bonus calculation
- Support workforce forecasting processes by partnering with HRBPs and Finance to provide accurate data-driven projections.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems, working closely with the HR Operations team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to the annual HR budget process, including modeling and forecasting headcount, FTE, associated labor, and HR costs.
- Work with the Global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) on compensation and benefits programs, such as salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee wellness programs, that support business objectives.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- A sound and practical understanding of HR processes.
