Senior HR Data Analyst

This is a role that involves turning data into actionable insights to support strategic workforce decisions and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics & Insights Delivery
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
    • Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into analytics projects and insights.
    • Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards highlighting workforce trends, employee lifecycle metrics, DEI outcomes, attrition risks, engagement, and more.
    • Use storytelling and visualization techniques to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Technical Capability
    • Experience working with tools such as Snowflake, BDT, SQL, Python, R, or similar for data extraction and analysis.
    • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive clear insights from complex, messy, or incomplete datasets.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Personal Qualities
    • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, focusing on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning.
    • A high level of data literacy and a passion for using data to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
