Employer Brand Manager Role

The Employer Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing an effective employer branding strategy to attract top talent.

This position requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in building and activating employer brands, particularly in the Australian and New Zealand labour markets.

Key responsibilities include crafting a compelling employer value proposition, designing and delivering engaging content across multiple channels, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in building and activating employer brands in the ANZ labour market.
  • Deep understanding of social media and content marketing strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and SEEK.
  • Ability to produce high-quality recruitment marketing/employer brand content, including blogs, graphics, employee stories, and videos.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.
