About the Role

This strategic position within our People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, requires collaboration with Marketing and PR teams on key projects. As a Career Development and Employer Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing internal communication activities, developing and executing employer brand campaigns, and contributing to global change projects and communication events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging employer brand campaigns that attract diverse talent and showcase hospitality as a career for growth and diversity.
  • Craft compelling internal communications that celebrate success, support change, and bring our purpose and values to life.
  • Own our social storytelling—develop and execute content strategies across various platforms that highlight our people, culture, and career pathways.
  • Partner across global teams to deliver integrated communication strategies.
  • Support initiatives like Diversity and Inclusion, Digital Transformation, Leadership Academe, Regional and Global awards, and careers marketing campaigns with innovative and thoughtful storytelling and collateral.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in internal communications and/or employer branding.
  • A creative mind and natural flair for strong storytelling and content creation skills (written, visual, and video).
