**About the role**:
Working as part of this collaborative team you will use your technical Employment Specialist skills to get involved in multiple projects across the organisation.

WiseTech Global operates across 31+ countries so you will conduct research, analysis, and prepare employment templates, amendments, and other 'HR' paperwork for our global offices in accordance with local regulations

As you will be working across multiple different projects you will use your analytical skills to obtain employment data/information to better understand employment trends.

Being a valued member of the People Operations team you will review, improve and resolve reoccurring employment issues, escalating to senior people operations leaders, if when required.

This role will allow you to collaborate across the business and partner with the likes of: People Operations, Legal, Finance and Integrations team.

We have processes in place, for example, our annual remuneration review, but we are always looking to enhance and improve. So, bring your ideas, we want to hear them
