As a key player in the employer branding team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing our global employer brand across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and activating employer brands in the ANZ labour market. You will possess deep familiarity with social media and content marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and SEEK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a measurable recruitment branding strategy that reflects our employment brand.
- Own and manage the day-to-day content calendar across various platforms.
- Design and deliver creative social-first content to elevate our talent presence and tell our people stories in authentic and engaging ways.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and the Global Employer Brand team to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
- Proven experience in employer branding with a focus on employee value proposition.
- Excellent content creation skills including writing, designing, and video production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
