Are you passionate about bringing employer brands to life on social media? We are looking for an Employment Brand Specialist to lead our Power Your Possible (Employment Branding) activation and associated social media activity across our enterprise social channels.

**What you will do**
- Architect and manage a powerful and measurable local activation strategy that brings our Power Your Possible employment brand to life across the talent marketplace where we compete for talent.
- Create compelling and engaging social-first content and creative assets to support employer brand communications initiatives, partnering closely with the Employer Brand team, Social Media Lead, Talent Acquisition; and the Social Media graphics designer
- Serve as a hands-on storyteller for the employer brand - interviewing employees, writing stories, creating content assets and publishing a steady flow of content on internal and external channels
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Marketing, TA, and various business partners across the global enterprise as we seek to increase brand awareness in key talent markets
- Evaluate content performance results and interpret into actionable insights to inform employer brand social strategy
- Work with a dotted line report into the Global TA team, taking direction on employment brand guidelines to ensure regional alignment with the Power Your Possible brand

**What experience you need**
- Experience leading employment brand activation strategies in the ANZ labor market
- 3+ years experience developing employer brand content for Social Media
- 3+ years experience creating compelling stories to attract talent (video, photos, blogs)
- Experience in working with analytical tools specific to social media

**What could set you apart**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Experience filming and editing video content
