Global Employer Brand Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and manage our global employer brand across Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Branding Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of a compelling recruitment marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building and executing employer branding strategies, with a strong focus on social media and content marketing.
Responsibilities include developing and managing content calendars, designing and delivering creative social-first content, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and using data to inform continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications- Proven experience in building and activating employer brands in the ANZ labour market.
- Deep familiarity with social media and content marketing platforms.
- Experience producing high-quality recruitment marketing content, including blogs, graphics, employee stories, and videos.
- Ability to balance creative vision with data and metrics to drive improvements.
