Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leadership professional to lead our high-performing client-facing team in Queensland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships, driving growth and representing the organization as a trusted partner for employers and members across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a high-performing account management team, providing clear direction and coaching to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Drive business growth and retention by developing strong relationships with employers and members, identifying new opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  3. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences and partner functions, building strong networks and partnerships that drive business success.
  4. Collaborate strategically with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver on regional targets and enhance client service programs.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold organizational values in everything we do.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector.
  • Experience motivating, leading, coaching and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies, including the development of strong business-to-business relationships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues, including State and Federal Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
  • RG 146 compliance.
