Job Description:

Drive business performance and achieve financial and non-financial targets including revenue growth, profit, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage complex business operations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Provide strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and team development with a commitment to excellence.
  • Manage working capital, particularly with regard to stock levels and debtor management.
  • Drive continuous improvement around cost, productivity, and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're after someone with solid experience in senior leadership or executive roles ideally in engineering, operations, or supply chain. You'll need to have a strong commercial mindset and be confident managing complex business operations.

The successful candidate will also have excellent coaching and change management skills strategic and motivational leadership qualities with effective analytical and decision-making skills.
