The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Professional to join our New Business Team in Sydney. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing sales pipelines that lead to new business opportunities.
You should have experience in B2B SaaS sales, success in selling financial software to mid-sized and enterprise corporations, and a strong working knowledge of business payments and cash management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets by selling Bottomline products in a professional and ethical manner.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver results against sales and growth targets.
- Generate a sales pipeline of opportunities and progress them through the sales process to booking.
- Maintain accurate information relating to sales account details and activities within the company's database.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to senior executives and corporate finance.
- Demonstrated success at networking, setting appointments, pipeline building, negotiation, and closing sales to meet and exceed quota.
- Creativity to develop and execute prospecting plans that yield high-value meetings on a consistent basis.
