As a key player in our operations, you will lead the charge in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic visit plan for the region, strengthening and expanding relationships with distributors and customers, forecasting market potential, creating action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, building strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organisations, delivering impactful technical and commercial presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users.

Skill requirements include influencing and cultivating high-level relationships, exceptional listening skills, deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, proficiency in MS Office and business software, maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, grasping and communicating technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
