Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of workplaces and develop tailored programs to support injured employees in their return to work.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure seamless communication and effective outcomes.
  • Design and implement innovative programs that address Return to Work (RTW) barriers and promote sustainable recovery.
Requirements:
  • Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, along with full accreditation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and the pursuit of excellence in rehabilitation practices.
