Your Role in Vocational Rehabilitation

Join our successful vocational rehabilitation team in Melbourne and embark on an exciting journey as a Specialist Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. You will manage a portfolio of customers, providing expert vocational counselling, assessment, and job placement services to injured workers under various insurance schemes.

You will also play a pivotal role in guiding clients through psychosocial and medical management goals, ensuring they maximize their potential throughout their rehabilitation. Delivering thorough and timely reports and progress updates is crucial to assisting our clients in achieving recovery.

We seek a driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, who can leverage initiative to solve problems and achieve outstanding results. Your personable approach will facilitate stakeholder engagement and foster strong relationships with key customers.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Degree in an Allied Health field (Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, etc.)
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, or other relevant governing bodies
  • Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation; ability to proactively manage cases and achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Possess a passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work
  • Ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
  • CURRENT driver's license and motor vehicle
