About the Role

We seek a proactive, organized membership professional to support our team in driving member engagement.

  • Maintain accurate membership records and manage status changes.

  • Produce insightful membership reports to inform decision-making.
  • Respond to member inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Assist in creating engaging membership communications.

  • Support the planning and delivery of membership events.
  • Ensure adherence to membership policies and standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
