Senior Manager, Value Creation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Transformation Strategy & Design efforts within the UNITE program. As part of this role, you will shape how value and performance are monitored across customer and business design.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing strategic options and value drivers across customer and business design.
  • Building robust business cases grounded in clear assumptions and evidence.
  • Maintaining customer design integrity by owning the build and update of a single source of truth for Customer Design definitions.
  • SUPPORTING DELIVERY HAND-OFF: PREPARING AND TRANSLATING DESIGN CHOICES FOR DISCOVERY/DELIVERY TEAMS TO ENSURE SPEED, FIDELITY, AND QUALITY OF EXECUTION.
  • MONITORING BUSINESS READINESS: LEADING DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT OF REPORTING FOR KEY BUSINESS READINESS INDICATORS; COLLABORATING WITH DIVISIONAL TEAMS TO ALIGN AND AGGREGATE PERFORMANCE REPORTING.
  • TRACKING VALUE REALISATION: BUILDING DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS TO TRACK BENEFIT AND CONTRA-BENEFIT DRIVERS (E.G. CUSTOMER ATTRITION).
  • TRANSLATING FINANCIAL IMPACT: WORKING WITH FINANCE TO INTERPRET THE UNITE BUSINESS CASE INTO FINANCIAL SHAPE IMPACTS ACROSS GROUP AND DIVISIONAL LEVELS.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • FINANCIAL EXPERTISE: 5-8 YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL MODELLING, VALUATION, AND BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT; STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND FORECASTING.
  • ANALYTICAL MINDSET: HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND STRUCTURED PROBLEM-SOLVING APPROACH.
  • DATA FLUENCY: ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS AND/OR CODING PROFICIENCY (E.G. PYTHON, SQL) FOR DATA MANIPULATION AND ANALYSIS.
  • EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION: ABILITY TO TRANSLATE AND PRESENT TECHNICAL AND COMPLEX CONCEPTS EFFECTIVELY TO SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS.
  • INDEPENDENCE: COMFORTABLE LEADING OTHERS IN YOUR OWN WORKSTREAMS AND DELIVERING UNDER TIGHT TIMELINES.
  • STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: BUILDS STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS FUNCTIONS AND SENIORITY LEVELS.
  • COMMERCIAL INSIGHT: APPLIES SOUND JUDGMENT TO CONNECT DATA, STRATEGY, AND BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
