Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and influential Food and Beverage Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing operational food and beverage teams. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure the success of the hotel, focusing on the food and beverage departments.

Your ability to collaborate effectively, entrepreneurial mindset, passion for food and guest experience, and revenue-generation skills will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing strategic direction, monitoring performance, and managing teams within your department.
  2. Overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, conferences, and events to ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient service.
  3. Offering guidance and support to the food, beverage, and kitchen teams.
  4. Delivering on our brand promise.
  5. Maintaining operational systems, promoting best practices, and innovating business methods.
  6. Coaching, developing, and influencing leadership to enhance profitability and performance.
  7. Aligning departmental goals with overall hotel strategies.
  8. Upholding the brand promise in all interactions.
  9. Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong industry knowledge, passion for hospitality, especially in busy settings.
  • Proven leadership in managing sizable teams and fostering a positive culture.
  • Ability to attract customers, train and develop staff, and work closely with Talent teams.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate operations and propose improvements.
  • Dedication to guest experience and stakeholder engagement.
  • Business acumen to maximize profits while maintaining service quality.
  • Experience with Symphony, Order Up, Ready Workforce, Purchase Plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.
