About Our Catering Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Catering Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

The Catering Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals, serving meals to residents, setting up dining areas, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining environment.

  • Meal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of meals under the supervision of the Cook or Head Chef.
  • Serving Meals: Help in serving meals to residents during mealtimes, ensuring that each resident receives the appropriate meal according to their dietary requirements.
  • Dining Room Setup: Set up the dining areas before mealtimes, ensuring tables are clean, and all necessary items like cutlery, plates, and glasses are in place.
  • Dishwashing and Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
