We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer (IoT Operations) who will work directly with cutting-edge audio hardware, global clients, and across our business.

This role involves identifying patterns, building solutions, and shaping how we scale globally. You'll perform a variety of interesting work, from deep-dive troubleshooting to mentoring team members and becoming a technical subject matter expert supporting external customer strategy sessions.
