Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Transformation Specialist to join our Commodity and Financial Markets Operations Projects team.

About the Role

This fast-paced and outcome-focused environment will require you to work closely with various stakeholders across Operations and the Corporate Operations Group to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in delivering transformation and operational improvements, supporting the use of key capabilities and analytics tools, ensuring our services to Commodities and Global Markets and our clients are continually enhanced.

Your duties will include gathering data and requirements, leading change across the team, and coordinating user acceptance testing and change management.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Commerce, or Information Technology, with certifications in Business Analytics, Innovation, or related areas
  • Strong data analysis and numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritise work schedules and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn through your own experiences
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Financial Markets and associated products is preferred, including Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Derivatives and Commodities
  • Experience in Operations or Middle or Back-Office processes, including Client Onboarding, Trade Verification, Confirmation, Settlements, or Reconciliations, is preferred but not essential
