We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of complex business change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across policy, operational, and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change-management plans using a structured framework to create and deliver strategies that support project change needs.
- Lead communication activities, designing and delivering key communications to stakeholders, advising on timing and channels to ensure informed engagement.
- Conduct impact and stakeholder analyses to understand change needs, undertake change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis.
- Drive training programs, understanding training requirements, and collaborating with subject-matter experts to design, build, and deliver effective training.
- Build and leverage relationships with senior leaders and colleagues, collaborate with other change managers offering guidance, mentorship, and coordination of efforts.
- Assess user readiness through data collection and analysis, gauge how prepared users are for the change, use findings to adjust plans and address gaps early.
- Identify and report change-related problems or potential risks.
- Define and measure success by tracking adoption rates, performance improvements, satisfaction scores, etc., monitor these metrics throughout the change lifecycle.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Proven experience applying a structured change management framework, adapting to new methodologies and principles.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, set priorities, and manage competing demands.
- Demonstrated track record of building change-management capability within a group, coaching, mentoring, developing processes, etc.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience delivering business change management with operational teams, leading, planning, designing, and delivering complex business change activities.
- Hold a recognized change management qualification or certification, such as PROSCI, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on change-management experience, proven track record of working side-by-side with project delivery teams to plan and execute change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong verbal and written abilities, capable of translating technical concepts into plain language for non-technical audiences and staff at every level of the organisation.
- Resilience and self-direction, works independently with minimal supervision, stays focused on delivering results, and persists through setbacks.
