Our philosophy focuses on professionalism, dependability, and developing long-term relationships with builders and our customers. Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team on the Mid-North Coast.

The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you'll assist the Company Managers by handling important administrative and logistical tasks that help keep our flooring projects running smoothly. You'll be involved in organising schedules, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure clear communication between all parties. This behind-the-scenes role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and proactive, who enjoys contributing to the team's success and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with builders and subcontractors to coordinate and schedule works efficiently, minimising disruption and supporting timely project delivery

  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, purchase orders, and progress tracking

  • Coordinate material deliveries and site visits

  • Conduct basic quality checks and assist with onsite logistics as needed

  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned

  • Proactively resolve issues within your scope and escalate as necessary

  • Support the Company Managers with various administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites

  • Previous experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role (experience in flooring, construction, or a trade is a bonus)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Project Management Software is preferred but not essential
