We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

The Project Manager plays a vital role in planning, organizing, and directing assigned projects to successful completion. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, coordinating multiple concurrent projects with consistent delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in successfully managing Level 1 projects, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, and excellent problem-solving capability.

  • Plan and oversee all phases of electrical projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across major and minor works.
  • Develop and implement project schedules.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities.
  • Work with estimators and the Operations Manager to optimize resource allocation.
  • Review and approve project-related timesheets.
  • Provide timely financial data and reports.
  • Ensure project invoicing is accurate and aligned with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver thorough handovers from project planning to site leadership.
  2. Maintain professional and proactive client communication.
  3. Liaise with estimators, site leaders, and clients on project variations.
  4. Escalate or mitigate project risks.
  5. Track project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management or relevant experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Construction Industry Induction (White card).
