Project Coordination Role

Effective project coordination is essential for the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing assigned projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects across various sectors with consistent delivery standards.
  • Coordinating project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation and client handover.
  • Optimising resource allocation to maximise efficiency.
  • Reviewing and approving project-related timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing timely financial data and reports for internal analysis and leadership visibility.
  • Ensuring accurate project invoicing aligned with contract terms.
  • Mentoring site supervisors and project team leaders to develop their skills.
  • Allocating teams according to skillsets, authorisations and project requirements.
  • Delivering thorough handovers from project planning to site execution readiness.
  • Reviewing internal designs for constructability and providing feedback to design and field teams.
  • Maintaining professional client communication and creating a positive project experience.
  • Liaising with clients on project variations and ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Escalating or mitigating project risks impacting budget, timelines or safety.
  • Tracking project progress and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specs and company standards.

  • Proven experience in managing projects effectively.
  • Awareness of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Construction Industry Induction (White card).
  • Leadership and Management or relevant experience.
