About the Role:
The Data and Administration Co-Ordinator at John Paul College will play a pivotal role in supporting the Secondary School Leadership Team through key administrative functions.
Main responsibilities include managing school databases, coordinating teacher absences, developing precise schedules and timetables, administering assessments, organizing logistics for parent-teacher interviews, and supporting various school events.
This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy and smooth daily operations in the Secondary School. Key tasks involve managing administrative duties, database upkeep, teacher absence coordination, timetable support, and contributing to operational success.
This is a part-time position operating 38 weeks per year during school terms, plus an additional week before the start of the academic year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, with a 40-minute unpaid meal break daily, totaling 38 hours per week.
As a successful candidate, you'll have access to our excellent facilities including a college gym, on-site parking, and barista-quality coffee machines. This role also comes with eligibility for tuition and OSHC discounts at John Paul College.
What We're Looking ForWe seek candidates with prior experience in a similar setting who possess strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills. They should be able to work logically and adaptively, bringing a commitment to excellence in education.

Candidates must hold and maintain a positive notice Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children check – Paid) prior to commencement and for the duration of employment. A current Senior First Aid certificate which includes CPR is also required.
