Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit healthcare provider offering evidence-based services in Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
We specialize in supporting people with concerns related to alcohol and other drugs (AOD), mental health, veterans' wellbeing, gambling, and those transitioning from correctional services.
Executive Coordinator OpportunityWe seek an experienced individual to provide confidential executive support services to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Board of Directors, and Executive team.
This role involves high-level administration, communication, and coordination for the Office of the CEO, including:
- Executive Coordination: Perform high-level administration, prioritize correspondence, and draft quality documents to support executive decision-making.
- Board Support: Provide high-level administration and coordination for the Board of Directors. Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare board papers, attend meetings, and record accurate minutes.
- Company Secretary: Facilitate corporate governance processes, maintain registers, and arrange meetings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working closely with executive teams and boards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
As an Administrative Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Administrative Services team, ensuring efficient service delivery for front desk administration, business support, and office management.
In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, who founded Lives Lived Well in 2012, and is dedicated to supporting clients throughout their AOD journey.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position based in Spring Hill, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive team.
- Coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording minutes.
- Facilitating corporate governance processes and maintaining company records.
- Leading and developing the Administrative Services team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
