About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Agent Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering the lending portfolios for our client base, ensuring accuracy and compliance with complex deal mechanics.

The Impact:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our business. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle events of syndicated loans, communicating with clients, borrowers, and lenders, and partnering with other S&P Global business lines to drive continued progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute operational requirements to manage the lifecycle events of syndicated loans.
  • Interpret underlying legal documents to ensure compliance with deal terms.
  • Respond to client, borrower, and lender queries in a timely manner.
  • Perform financial analysis to ensure accruals and pricing mechanics are correct.
  • Manage outstanding work items in line with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure high accuracy to minimize operational risk within the lending portfolio.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience.
  • Finance specialism preferred.
