We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Syndicated Lending to join our dynamic Wholesale Banking and Financial Markets team. As a key member of the team, you will provide pivotal support to the Associate Director/Director, focusing on the preparation of credit submissions for new and existing customers, completion of periodic reviews, and liaison with external professional services providers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and settlements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Associate Director/Director in meeting financial and non-financial targets, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare timely and accurate credit submission processing, effectively managing service-related activities and ensuring the facilitation of settlements and drawdowns.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key customer groups through excellent service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in the Financial Institution industry, working on large and complex corporate transactions. You will have previous exposure to syndicated/club style transactions across various industries, including property, health, and diversified. Your experience in new client origination and existing client management, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as excellent communication skills, will be essential in this role.
