Job Title: Senior Construction Director

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day business operations of construction delivery, client service, and support functions. They will oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability across all construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead day-to-day business operations of construction delivery, client service, and support functions to ensure maximum efficiency.
    • Oversee financial performance by budgeting, controlling costs, forecasting, and driving profitability across all construction projects.
    • Ensure effective project time management from planning to execution and delivery.
    • Drive strategic planning, process improvement, and continuous development initiatives.
    • Oversee and optimize logistics centre operations, including cabinet inventory management and demand planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in senior operations or construction management roles.
  • A solid background in construction with a strong grasp of site operations, building processes, and project execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking financial forecasts, and helping projects stay profitable.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and managing key client relationships.
  • Experience in house and land development projects, residential projects, or high-rise residential construction.
  • Experience managing cabinet production inventory and coordinating with logistics or warehousing teams.
