Administrative Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive Holdings. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our accounts department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and distribute mail and documents between departments and franchises
  • Sort and distribute various documents for scanning and filing
  • Order stationery and supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Assist with processing daily banking and EFTPOS allocations
  • Perform data entry and recording of information to the general ledger
  • Support other team members with administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in reception, office administration, or a similar role
  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
