Membership and Engagement Leader

This is a key leadership role responsible for leading and executing the membership and engagement strategy.

About the Role:
  • The Membership and Engagement Leader will lead and execute the membership and engagement strategy to grow and diversify the membership base.
  • Enhance value propositions and implement member services that align with strategic goals.
  • Oversee business development, member retention and recruitment initiatives, and foster partnerships with external stakeholders.
